Dear Selected Content Associates (Freelance),
Congratulations on completion of the PCWC program, and welcome for a greater Association with your RISECO.
You will continue to receive Freelance / Work from Home projects from us. However, this is subject to the following terms and guidelines.
Terms:
1. RISECO allots freelance projects / leads / content requirements to the Selected Associates (Freelance). The selection of Associates for writing projects is based on four parameters - work record, depth of portfolio, educational background, and professional excellence.
2. Selected Associates have complete discretion in project negotiations, pricing, timelines and terms of engagement.
3. Any conflict of interests involving the Associate & Client are the sole responsibility of the Selected Associates only. All conflicts or disputes between either parties need to resolved amicably. Understandably, RISECO takes no responsibility for content delivery, negotiations and others. Each Selected Associate is free to take-up writing works from outside contacts also.
4. Every 6 months, a Coordination Fee of Rs.3000/- (three thousand rupees only) needs to be paid in advance to RISECO by the Selected Associate. This is part of our charges for connecting you to prospective clients, and providing info on leads / content requirements.
5. The Coordination Fee is non-refundable. Every six months this Fee needs to be paid irrespective of the size and value of the freelance projects received or completed by the Selected Associate.
6. Every 6 months, there is an evaluation of the performance of each Selected Associate. This determines RISECO' continuity or discontinuity with the Selected Associate. The Selected Associate can also exit with a one-month notice (by mail) or on completion of the client pending projects.
7. Under no condition, the Selected Associate can share or give the allotted Freelance Content Writing work to another writer / agency. If the Selected Associate is unable to take-up the writing work, RISECO will allot the same to another Selected Associate. RISECO is answerable to each and every client, and takes complete accountability for freelance writing projects. Also, each freelance writing project is allotted on the basis of four parameters mentioned above. Hope, we are clear on this.
Importantly, association with RISECO means to fulfill each Selected Associate's aspiration to continue to work with and for us in the long-term. We sincerely acknowledge that, WE GROW ONLY WHEN YOU GROW. Also, it goes without saying that, the Selected Associates will be given first preference in all the future endeavors/projects of RISECO.
